Migori county has rolled out plans to distribute 734,786 mosquito nets to help curb high malaria prevalence rates.
The distribution started on May 5 and will end on May 9.
Earlier, the county through the ministry of health had targeted to distribute 1.2million nets, but after administrators and community health volunteers the number was inflated to 1.7m.
The figures were given by county malaria coordinator to Florence Ngere.
