Recent move by Migori governor Okoth Obado to say he will decamo from ODM party to PDP has been met with resistance from his own MCA and ally.

North Kanyamkago MCA George Omamba said Obado made his move as an individual and never involved him as his MCA, Kanyamkago clan members and Uriri constituency member.

“A old man said you never change chewing tobbaco with sweets,” Omamba said, hinting as a strong stuff like ODM will never be changed with PDP.

“If anybody wants to go anywhere he should know he will go alone as an individual, i and people we represent were never consulted,” Omamba said in a video seen by Migori News.

He said it was rude for Obado to come to ODM sit, eat and when satisfied “you start insulting people and Raila as if he we wont defend Baba in the area.”

He said he hopes Obado will get the point home instead of forcing him to chase him and PDP out of Uriri.

Omamba and Obado were first elected in PDP in 2013 general elections, they both decamped to ODM in last elections and have been bosom buddies.
