Migori speaker Boaz Okoth has warned that he may be taking alcohol, but not at the magnitude expressed by his political enemies.
For the first time, Okoth spoke in public about an incident in the past weeks when he collapsed in public during a funeral in Nyatike.
Addressing governor Okoth Obado, an ally he seeks to replaced in 2022 general elections, Boaz said the problem was thrown out of proportion.
“I know governor they may use this issue of me drinking alcohol against you, i know you are a teetotaler and i drink, but it is not how they put it,” Boaz said.
