The Nyanza Presidential Campaigns Team tour of Uriri constituency went on successful on Monday expect for problem from the ground on women representative position.

The team led by Nominated MP Oburu Oginga and Homa Bay Women Rep Gladys Wanga was hosted by Governor Okoth Obado and Uriri ODM MP candidate Mark Nyamita.

Hosted at Rapogi DOs grounds by Kanyamkago Central MCA Alex Akugo, the ground embraced the six piece ODM whole heartedly but booed when Women Representative Pamela Odhiambo name came up.

This comes within a month when the candidate was also booed off the podium in another function in Uriri constituency. She was accused for throwing her weight behind Independent candidate for governor seat Ochilo Ayako.

“We seem we have a problem in that seat for the six piece, the reception is not well. We will know later,” he said.
The crowd chanted the name of Independent candidate Fatuma Mohammed who supports Obado’s re-election bid.

Pamela skipped the function which was attended by Ben Oluoch Okello (senator candidate) among other leaders.
