Migori Principal Magistrate court has sentenced a man for 20 years for defiling a minornat Kameji sublocation in Rongo.

Joshua Onyango Ndogo was found guilty of defiling the 13 years old girl between 1st May 2013 and 3rd of August 2013 county intentionally and unlawfully.

The accused was earlier taken to Kisii Level Four to ascertain that he was mentally upright to face the charges.

In his ruling Principal Magistrate David Kemei said that the prosecutor proved beyond any reasonable doubt that the offence was committed.
