Kuria West MP Mathias Robi has launched several CDF projects worth Sh23.5million across all wards.

Robi said the kitty will concentrate on boosting education standard in Kuria West by offering bursaries and ensuring all secondary schools have fully equipped laboratories at the end of his first term.

“During the last campaign I pledged to help in boosting education and will ensure schools are equipped to boost science education,” he said.

He was addressing locals at Kombe Dispensary when he donated money to help in building a ward in the dispensary.

Area CDF chairman Major Robi said they have already formed development committees in all Kuria West secondary to ensure that the projects are seamlessly carried until 2017.

Out of the Sh23.5million development projects cheques, 43 schools, Five health centers and three public administration offices benefitted.
