Uriri MP Mark Nyamita has said NASA leader Raila Odinga will still win the presidency even though the opposition will plan Monday and Friday demonstrations against IEBC towards election.

Nyamita said the opposition is capable of planning the demonstrations, hold press conferences across the country and still campaign for presidency.

“We are set for Friday and other demonstrations across the country, not only in Migori town where we were today but everywhere else. We will also campaign,” Nyamita.

He was speaking on Monday in Migori town when he led, together with Suna West MP Peter Masara, demonstrations against IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba and other officials who bungled the August 8 presidential election.

“We believe we have a right as Kenyans to have free and fair elections, IEBC should be warned that these demonstrations before elections will be recipe for chaos if they bungled the elections again,” Nyamita said.

During the demonstrations, Nyamita led demonstrations through a cloud of teargas and even bought water for fellow demonstrators to wipe away effect of teargas.
