Suna East MP Junet Mohammed was on Saturday made a Somalia elder while on tour of Mandera county.

The only Somalia elected MP in Nyanza and ODM leader Raila Odinga’s right hand man, the honour was positive in highlighting Junet’s political career.

“I’m in Mandera for an important meeting with elders and leaders here during which time I will appraise them on the state of our ongoing national initiative,” he posted on twitter.
