Migori senator aspirant on Orange Democratic Movement ticket Eddy Gicheru is peerless in the race ahead of August 9 polls, according to opinion polls.

According to a pollster Mizani Africa on May 30, a whopping 77.4% of voters in Migori will give Eddy the senator seat in his third attempt.

He is followed by Msambi Chacha at 13.4% while only 5.9% of voters are decided with the rest of aspirants, who are hard to catch on the campaign trail even for the press sharing among themselves 3.3%.
