Ndiwa Kwach FC thrash hosts Muhuru United 3-1 in their fourth Division II league game

Muhuru United lost 3-1 to Ndiwa FC in their fourth match making it their second loss after losing away to Lela FC last weekend in Kisumu.

The match played at Senye Primary in Muhuru Bay town witnessed the first goal from Ndiwa’s Wallen Ramadhan in the first minute much to the shock of the hosts before Muhuru’s defender scored an own goal to make it a two nil for the visitors in the 35th minute.

Muhurus Calvins Ouma scored their only goal in the 35th minute giving hope to the home team but these hopes were dimed 10 minutes later from Ramadhan who scored another goal for Ndiwa FC.

The home team came back for the second half charged with efforts to fill their deficit of goals but these efforts were made impossible by Ndiwa’s defence who upto now have won two games and were the second last in Division two’s Central Zone.

Ndiwa club’s CEO Moses Odhiambo the win was a morale booster to his boys since they were trailing at second last in their league standings.

Odhiambo urged his players not to be discouraged by their position in the league but keep pressing for improved results in the coming matches to be played in January next year
