Migori senator aspirant in forthcoming general elections Mark Okundi has said residents should take time to have their voice heard in the BBI referendum push.
Okundi said for the drive to be smooth, residents should ensure they give verifiable details like signatures.
“We have a special chance as residents to come out and support constitution change, it part of citizen participation,” he said.
He said the change will offer business opportunity for youths and boost agriculture like the sugarcane sector growth.
“Above all there will be more funds for devolution,” he sid.
He said the only point is that “residents should ensure signature are easier to verify.”
