Requirements and competencies
- Diploma in clinical medicine and surgery or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Registration certificate from Kenya clinical officer’s council.
- Experience: over 2 years relevant experience in implementing ART and TB services.
- Certificate: proficiency in Microsoft office suite.Those with experience in using data analysis software packages such as SPSS, EPi info will have added advantage.
- Competencies: PMTCT, Adult and pediatric ART, counseling and testing programs and integrated TB and HIV services is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, people management and team building and facilitation skills.

- Training in HTS NASCOP certified
- 2 years’ working experience
- Good report writing skills
- Successful HIV proficiency test
- Computer literacy added advantage
- LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST- 4 POSTS
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences with 3-5 years’ experience in busy Clinical Lab
- Familiar with laboratory ART monitoring: CD4, EID, VL, Gene Xpert and Tb culture.
- Phlebotomy skills, Sample networking, operation and maintenance of basic lab equipment
- Knowledge on Laboratory safety and waste management
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and basic computer knowledge
- Registration with Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologists/Technician Board (KMLTTB) and valid practice license is mandatory.
- COMMUNITY LABORATORY TECHNOLOGIST–6 POSITIONS
Minimum Requirements:
- Certificate in Medical Laboratory Sciences with 2-3years experience in busy Clinical Lab
- Familiar with basic laboratory ART monitoring: CD4, EID, VL, Gene Xpert and Tb culture.
- Phlebotomy skills, Commodity management skills: stores management, reporting and monitoring of RTK
- Sample networking, operation and maintenance of basic lab equipment
- Knowledge on Laboratory safety and waste management
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and basic computer knowledge
- Registration with Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologists/Technician Board (KMLTTB) and valid practice license is mandatory.
