Former Migori senator Wilfred Machage has said he is mulling over re-joining politics, with the governor seat being closer to his radar.

Machage was a former Kuria MP under the Democratic Party ticket before he rejoined Orange Democratic Party where he was elected the first senator in 2013.

He lost his seat to Ben Oluoch Okello in 2017 and was appointed an Ambassador to Nigeria.

Speaking to People Daily, Machage said he is yet to decide which seat he will contest.

“If am to come back to politics I can only go for the governorship. But that again I am yet to decide,” said Machage,
