Kuria West records 3 new Covid 19 positive cases, take Migori tally to 17

Kuria West sub-county on May 30 recorded three new COVID 19 positive y taking the county total tally to 17.

CAS Health, Dr. Rashid Aman gave the numbers in today’s COVID-19 UPDATE which was amosng 2,959 samples tested in the past 24 hours which brought 143 new positive cases.

“All the 143 COVID-19 CASES reported today are Kenyans, 110 male and 33 female. The age range is between I month for the youngest and 88 years for the oldest”. Dr. Rashid Aman (CAS Health) added.

In breakdown of the cases distrbution, Aman said “in Migori three (3) all from Kuria West.”

He said, “We are glad to announce that today we have discharged 26 patients from various hospitals, who have fully recovered from COVID-19. This now brings our total tally to 464. We are very grateful to our healthcare workers who continue to do a great job for our people”.
