Kamagambo Central ward political activist Peter Otiang’a has urged Migori county to fumigate public places to help fight coronavirus.
Otiang’a told Migori News that county action by governor Okoth Obado to close down markets and suspend revenue collection will only take effect with fumigate.
He said markets which are closed, public bus parks and other public places should be fumigated completely to kill the germs.
“We now have clear markets and with curfew, public places are cleared our governor should use this to fumigate the places to end spread of coronavirus,” Otiang’a said.
He was speaking at Rongo Modern Market where he donated several water points, soaps, sanitisers and face masks to traders.
