Class one Nyamome Primary pupil, 9, lost for over a month

Vain Kwamboka Omao, the mother to Caleb Michieka Omao 9 years old boy is worried now for almost one month since her child was reported missing.

Caleb was in class one at Nyamome Primary school in Suna West sub-county, Migori county.

He was staying with her aunt at Nyamome village before he was reported missing on 26th September 2017.

He was last seen leaving the house wearing a white shirt and blue jeans trousers. He was bare foot.

“His colleagues left him when they went to buy food at around 3pm, when they came back they didn’t find him,” Omao said.

Omao said Caleb was his last born among four siblings with only one girl.

“He was a bright boy and very friendly to everyone,” Omao said.

She added: “during the time the boy was leaving the house my sister was not a round and she come to realize in the evening at the time she was back from the market.”

The family has reported the matter to different police stations in Migori town without any help.
Among them are Migori police station OB 23/2/10/2017, Kehanch OB 16/16/10/2017 and Isebania OB 07/19/10/2017.

“I still hope to see my child alive,” Omao said.

The mother is now seeking for help from anybody who can come across the child to report to the nearest police station or call her on 0720620883.
