Governor Okoth Obado at Migori high court

Migori high court judge Hillary Chemitei has upheld the election of Okoth Obado as Migori Governor.

The Judge threw out the petition the petition that had been filed by former Cabinet Minister Ochillo Ayacko who will bear the cost  at sh. 6 million. (3 million to IEBC and Obado respectively)

Ayacko lost on  Independent ticket to Obado who won on an ODM ticket.
