The Kodero family regrets to announce the passing of Dr. Augustine Maswabe Kodero of Suna-Wasimbete Location, Suna West Constituency, Migori County.
Dr. Kodero passed on November 9, 2020, at Regency International Hospital in Dar Es Salaam Tanzania where he was undergoing prostate cancer treatment.
Dr. Kodero worked as a medical practitioner at St. Joseph’s Omboo Hospital, Migori District Hospital, and ran a private clinic – Bahati Medical Clinic for many years.
He will be buried on Friday, November 20, 2020, at the family home Suna-Wasimbete, Piny Oyie Village.
Dr. Kodero is survived by three widows, fourteen children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
He was 69 years at the time of his passing.

He was a high value man. He was inspirational, assertive and a hard worker. He was good at what he did as a renowned doctor. Dr. Kodero was a man of the people. He liked to do good and help people. He loved sports, politics and world news. He was a very progressive man. Technology was also one of his interests. He loved iPhones always owned one . We miss u a lot Jaduong.
