Miss Tourism Migori County Edition is an annual unique programme organized by the Department of Tourism.

Its aim is to promote Domestic and International Tourism within Migori County by bringing on board both the state and non state actors in the promotion of the six pillars of Tourism hereby referred to as Tourist attractions, Peace, Investment, Culture, Hospitality and Environment.

This is to be achieved through a Beauty pageant Queens being the champions spearheading the training of the youth on health care, county transformation, Empowerment and Talent Management, Advocacy amongst others.

The Ministry of Trade Development and Regulation is therefore seeking to recruit contestants for this year’s Miss Tourism Kenya Migori County Edition.

Requirements

Contestants must be female and should meet the following minimum criteria:
•Age 21 to 28 years
•Must not be married
•Must have attained a minimum of grade C in KCSE
•Must be a Kenyan Citizen and resident of Migori County either by birth or having lived there for more than 10 years.
•Contestant must not have any exclusive contract with a modeling or advertising company.
•Must provide a passport size photo.
